Friederike Wiesner (piano) was born in Groß-Umstadt.  She received her solo training in piano with Prof. Andreas Meyer-Hermann at the Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst in Frankfurt am Main. She completet her concert exam in the Lied class of Prof. Karl-Peter Kammerlander „with excellence“. In 2012 she was finalist at the Internationale Hugo Wolf Song Competition in Stuttgart once again and was awarded the Special Prize for Lied Pianists there. Friederike Wiesner had a guest engagement at the Frankfurt Opera for three seasons and recorded Brahms‘ Love Song Waltzes for the GENUIN label in 2007.
